Your Consultation

Before fitting hair extensions you will require a consultation to decide if you are a suitable candidate, what method would suit you best and finally to determine length and colour. Once the colour match is done you must not re-colour your hair even if you are recolouring with the same shade, most colours will fade over time so this could result in the extension hair not blending in correctly.

Please note I will not do a consultation by pictures or hair samples sent to me the reason for this is pictures are not a true representation of colour and a clip of hair will not show me the other tones in your hair. The only exception to this rule is if you know the colours that are to be used and take full responsibility for this.

Your consultation will take around 30 minutes. During this time you will be asked to fill in a short questionaire to determine if hair extensions are suitable for you.

Your hair should be long enough to fit into a ponytail in order for the extensions to look natural, if your hair is shorter than this the bonds may be visible. If the ponytail is very short you will have limitations on how you wear your hair, for instance you would not be able to wear it in a high ponytail as your own hair would show. The fitting methods are also limited for short hair ie. it is not suitable for micro rings. This will be fully discussed at the consultation.

If I don't think your hair is long enough then I will refuse to do the extensions until it grows a bit. You may choose to go somewhere else to have them fitted. I pride myself on my work and want everyone to be happy with the results so if I refuse don't be offended it is because I have your best interests at heart!

If after the consultation you decide that you want to go ahead I will require a £100.00 deposit before the hair is ordered. Please note that this is not refundable once the hair is purchased.
